OMG! I grew up listening to Teena’s romantic love songs. We have lost a talented young lady. I am thankful to be alive. We must not take our life for granted. I am honored to still be here. I had a pity party on Christmas Eve, wishing I could just disappear. Suicidal? Yes, I felt like it. Today, I realize life is a gift. I need too stop complaining about the dumb stuff, take life as it is and celebrate each day as though it is my last. Rest in Peace Teena Marie, your music will be with us forever.
